Privacy policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026. This policy covers the vforceisr.com website only.
In short
This is a brochure site with one contact form. It has no user accounts, takes no payments, and carries no social network pixels. Visit statistics are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which runs without cookies and does not track individual visitors — details below. The only identifying information we receive from you is what you type into the form yourself.
The site itself sets no cookies. Three third-party components run on it: a Google map on the contact page, and only there, a UserWay accessibility widget on every page, and Cloudflare’s measurement script on every page. The map and the widget may store information of their own in your browser; the measurement script stores nothing. Details below.
One distinction matters: what the site collects, and what the club collects when you actually register. The sections below are about the site. Registration happens off-site — see the relevant section further down.
Who operates the site
VFORCE club, business number 204188007, 10 Plotitsky St, Rishon LeZion, phone 054-655-5486, email Iv199331@gmail.com.
The registered business name has not yet been finalized and will be added here exactly as registered.
What the site collects
Only this, and only when you send the contact form:
- Full name — required.
- Phone number — required.
- Email address — required.
- Subject of your inquiry — required, from a fixed list.
- A free-text message — optional. Whatever you write in it is what gets stored.
- The time you sent the form.
We do not ask for and do not need an ID number, a home address, card details or medical information in order to receive an inquiry from the site.
What we use it for
- To get back to you and answer your inquiry — by phone, WhatsApp or email, whichever suits you.
- To keep track of the inquiries received so that none falls through the cracks.
We do not send marketing messages on the basis of a site inquiry, and we do not pass, sell or rent your details to any third party for marketing purposes.
Where the details go
Sending the form passes its contents to Google Apps Script, which records them in a Google Sheets spreadsheet owned by the club and sends an email notification to the club. The spreadsheet and the notification are stored on Google services, so the information may be held on servers outside Israel.
Site usage measurement (analytics)
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) to know how many visitors it has and which pages are viewed. We chose this tool precisely because it uses no cookies, writes nothing to your browser and builds no profile of individual visitors. What we see is aggregate only: view counts, pages viewed, browser types and countries.
On every page load a request goes to Cloudflare’s servers carrying your IP address, your browser and operating system details, the page address and the referring page. We cannot identify an individual visitor from that data. Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Third parties
These are all the external parties your browser talks to because of this site:
- Google Fonts (Google LLC) — the Heebo and Rubik typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers on every page load. Google therefore receives your IP address and your browser and operating system details. Google’s privacy policy.
- Google Apps Script / Google Sheets (Google LLC) — receives the form contents, and only when you submit it.
- Google Maps (Google LLC) — a map embedded on the contact page, and nowhere else. It loads from Google’s servers on every visit to that page, whether or not you interact with it. Google therefore receives your IP address, your browser and operating system details and the address of the page the map sits on, and may set cookies of its own within the map. No other page on this site loads it. Google’s privacy policy.
- UserWay (UserWay Inc.) — the site’s accessibility widget, loaded from UserWay’s servers on every page load. UserWay therefore receives your IP address, your browser and operating system details and the address of the page. If you pick accessibility adjustments in the widget, your choice is stored in your browser so that it applies on your next visit too. UserWay’s privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) — the site’s measurement script, loaded from Cloudflare’s servers on every page load. Cloudflare therefore receives your IP address, your browser and operating system details, the page address and the referring page. The script sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser — see “Site usage measurement”. Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
The map, the widget and the measurement script are the only embedded elements on the site. If you would rather the map did not load, the address and directions also appear as plain text beside it, and any common content blocker will block it without breaking the rest of the page; blocking the widget or the measurement script does not break the site either — the underlying accessibility measures are implemented in the pages’ own code, and the site works in full without the measurement.
Beyond that, the site carries links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Maps and Waze. These are links, not embeds, so nothing is loaded from them and no information is sent to them until you click. Once you click, you are on that service’s site and under its privacy policy.
Cookies and local storage
The site’s own code sets no cookies and writes nothing to localStorage
or sessionStorage. The site’s one analytics tool, Cloudflare Web Analytics,
likewise sets no cookies and writes nothing to browser storage. There is no Facebook pixel and
no heatmaps.
The exceptions are the two third-party components. The Google map on the contact page: any cookies set within it are Google’s, stored in Google’s context rather than this site’s; we have no access to them and do not read them. The UserWay accessibility widget: if you pick adjustments in it, it stores your choice in your browser (in cookies or local storage) so that it applies on later visits too. That information is kept in UserWay’s context and under its responsibility, and we do not read it. Both components are governed by their operators’ privacy policies: Google and UserWay.
The site is hosted and served by Netlify (Netlify, Inc.). By the nature of serving the pages, Netlify’s servers receive your IP address and request details with every request and keep server request logs. The information may be processed on servers outside Israel, and Netlify may set a technical cookie for security and bot protection. Netlify’s privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
The retention period has not been set yet. The period for which inquiries are kept in the leads spreadsheet before deletion will appear here. We will not write a number here before it is decided and actually applied.
Either way, you may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time — see “Your rights”.
Information security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the inquiries spreadsheet is limited to the club’s account. We do not run a server of our own and do not operate an independent database for the site.
That said, no online system is entirely immune, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Club registration — what happens off-site
Actual registration for training does not happen on the site. It is done with the club, partly through the Arbox system, and collects further details that the site does not: first and last name, home address, mobile number, email address, a signed health declaration, and in some cases a medical clearance to train.
That information is given directly to the club at registration and is subject to the club regulations and to this policy. A health declaration and a medical clearance are sensitive information, and we hold them solely for training safety.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (including as amended by Amendment 13, in force since August 2025), you have rights in relation to information held about you — including the right to review it, to ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong, and to ask for it to be deleted.
To exercise those rights, contact us on 054-655-5486 or by email. We will handle the request within a reasonable time, and no later than the period set by law.
Minors
If you are under 18, please do not send details through the form without the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if anything changes in how the site collects or transmits information — for example if a new third-party component is added or the hosting provider changes. The update date at the top of the page is always the date of the version in force.
