Terms of use and club regulations

Last updated: 3 August 2026.

This page has two separate parts. Part A is the terms of use for the vforceisr.com website — they apply to everyone browsing here. Part B is the club regulations, which apply to people who register for training and govern memberships, payments and cancellations.

Part A — website terms of use

1. Who operates the site

VFORCE club, business number 204188007, 10 Plotitsky St, Rishon LeZion, phone 054-655-5486, email Iv199331@gmail.com.

The registered business name has not yet been finalized and will be added here exactly as registered.

2. What this site is, and what it is not

The site is the club’s brochure site. It presents the programs, the prices and how to reach us, and lets you leave your details to be contacted.

The site is not a registration system and does not process payments. Leaving your details in the form is an inquiry only — it does not constitute registration, a reserved place, or a commitment by either side. Actual registration happens with the club, after a conversation.

3. Permitted use

You may browse the site, read it, share links to it and contact us through it. You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt its operation, or send through the form offensive or promotional content or another person’s information without their consent.

4. Accuracy of information

We do our best to keep the information on the site — including prices, opening hours and program details — accurate and current. Errors are still possible, and prices and terms may change from time to time.

The binding price and terms are those agreed with you at the time of actual registration, not necessarily what appears here at a given moment. If something on the site looks unclear or out of date, ask us — that is exactly what the form is for.

5. Site content and intellectual property

The texts, images, design, logo and the “VFORCE” mark belong to the club or to its licensors, and are protected under the Copyright Law, 5768-2007. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

A short quotation with a link back to the source is perfectly fine, and appreciated.

6. Links to external sites

The site links to external services — Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Maps and Waze. We have no control over their content, availability or privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Liability

The site is provided as is. We do not undertake that it will be continuously available or free of technical faults.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Strength training is physical activity; if you have a medical condition, an injury or any doubt, consult a doctor before you begin. The content of the site is not a substitute for a medical examination or personal professional advice.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing above limits any right that cannot be waived by law.

8. Privacy

What information is collected through the site, where it goes and what your rights are is all set out in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

9. Accessibility

The site’s accessibility status, known limitations and how to report a problem are in the accessibility statement.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one shown on this page, and the update date appears at the top.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent court in Israel.

Part B — club regulations

The text of the club regulations is not yet published on the site.

The full regulations — memberships, how billing works, cancellations, the health declaration, the obligations of member and coach, and force majeure — are provided and signed at the point of registration, and the version signed there is the binding one.

The full text will be published here. Until then, to receive the regulations in advance — before you register rather than after — call us on 054-655-5486 and we’ll send them to you.

Note: because the regulations are not yet published here, ticking the consent box on the site’s form constitutes acceptance of the terms of use and the privacy policy only. Agreement to the club regulations is given separately, at registration.

Governing version

These terms were written in Hebrew. This English version is provided for convenience; in the event of any conflict between the versions, the Hebrew version prevails.
