Competitions
Competition prep and coaching
We plan months back from the date, rehearse the commands and the pacing, and coach you through meet day itself — so when the day comes, nothing surprises you.
Our achievements
- Around 30 lifters have competed over the years.
- 13 gold, 5 silver and 6 bronze medals at the Israeli national championships.
- 8 national powerlifting records held by club lifters — among them Israeli records in several women’s weight categories.
- Ilian Zlotnikov — 6 national records and international medals: bench press bronze at the Sub-Junior World Championship (Malta 2024, 83 kg class), and bench press gold, total silver and squat bronze at the Sub-Junior European Championship (Druskininkai 2025, 93 kg class).
- A club lifter competed in Lithuania and is flying to Slovenia this year — alongside another lifter from the club.
- We work with the ILPF federation.

FAQ
Before you enter a meet
How far in advance should preparation start?
Preparation is planned backwards from the date of the meet, so the earlier you start the more room there is for complete training phases. Bring the exact date to the first conversation.
I have never competed. Is it too early for me?
Not necessarily. A large part of the work is exactly the things you haven’t encountered yet — the commands, the standards, the rhythm of meet day and the mental side. In the consultation we check whether the date you picked is realistic.
I train somewhere else. Can I get meet-day coaching only?
Yes. The meet-day program exists for exactly that. You can also combine it with online coaching for the run-up.
Which federations do you work with?
ILPF.

When is the meet?
Tell us about the date and where you are now, and we will tell you honestly what can be built by then. The consultation is free.
